Campestre plays as a 6,461 yard, par 72 course. There are no water hazards but deep, generally dry irrigation/drainage canals from the former plantations remain and there are numerous green-side bunkers. Contoured fairway cuts give way to a second cut and this rapidly passes to thick grass rough. Course amenities include a driving range and practice green.
The 4,000 sq ft club house facility includes a full service bar and restaurant, locker rooms and showers and administrative offices. Golf cart storage is beneath the main floor.

Club Campestre golf course at La Lima is laid out on former banana plantation lands of the Tela Railroad Co. (Chiquita Brands). Constructed in two phases, the full course and club house opened in 2004 as the only 18-hole golf course in Honduras.
